His home village, Hoja Blanca, is the frontier of Cuilco in western Huehuetenango. Aurelio’s indomitable energy is infectious, and he has excelled through hard work and attention to detail. The family has received numerous awards nationally and internationally.

Wasatch Roasting Company in Ogden, Utah is a craft coffee roastery and specialty coffee shop founded by Darren and Tonya Blackford. Inspired by a Costa Rican roaster, they roast specialty beans in-house and brew to a higher standard, creating a multisensory experience for the community.
