Since 1896, the Cambraia family has been growing coffees in the Sul de Minas region of Brazil. Fazenda Samambaia has several top 20 finishes in the Cup of Excellence. The farm spans roughly 1800 hectares, with 619 dedicated to coffee, and harvests typically occur from June to August.

Wasatch Roasting Company in Ogden, Utah is a craft coffee roastery and specialty coffee shop founded by Darren and Tonya Blackford. Inspired by a Costa Rican roaster, they roast specialty beans in-house and brew to a higher standard, creating a multisensory experience for the community.
