The Halo Beriti Washing Station processes coffee from 750 small farmers in the area. The processing method is called 'winey fermentation', where cherries are sealed in tanks for 4-5 days to initiate fermentation. This anaerobic process allows for unique flavor profiles. Boledu, founded in 2018, focuses on high-quality, traceable coffee.
