The Chelchele Natural showcases what perfectly processed naturals have to offer. Intense flavors, a pronounced body, plenty of sweetness, and a very pleasant acidity. The washing station is located in the Gedeb district in the southern Yirgacheffe region. Small farmers bring their coffee cherries directly after picking. They are sorted by hand before being dried on 360 drying beds for up to 21 days.
