This is an organic, SHB MCM Grade 1 coffee from Peru's San Igancio region, in the La Coipa district. The blend consists of Caturra, Pache, Bourbon and Catimor varieties, cultivated in the Region of Chirinos. The area is known for its diverse climates and rich soils, making it ideal for coffee production. Origin Coffee Lab meticulously processes the coffee to ensure quality and supports local farmers.
