This is a grade 1, fully washed lot from Chelelektu wetmill in Kochere district, Gedeo zone. The mill processes cherries from around 650 local smallholder farmers. Ripe cherries are carefully sorted and pulped, then fermented for 36-48 hours before being dried in the sun on raised beds.
