This is a Colombian coffee from the Acevedo municipality of Huila, in the south west of Colombia. Made up of 20% Caturra, 20% Colombia, and 60% Castillo varietals, this coffee was fermented for 36 hours using the traditional washed method, and natural sun dried for 16 days.
