Toma Café is a Madrid-based specialty coffee roaster and café group focused on traceability, terroir and sweetness in every roast. Founded by Santiago Rigoni and Patricia Alda, they roast in-house, run several Madrid cafés, offer subscriptions, wholesale and events, and prioritize producer respect and quality.
