Alva Marina Alvarado is a second-generation coffee producer in Honduras, focusing on the Parainema variety. Her meticulous processing includes depulping, dry fermentation, washing, and solar drying. The farm spans 0.9 hectares at 1,400 m.a.s.l. and has transitioned to specialty coffee production since 2017.
