The A.A.S.H. Nensebo washing station, run by the Yonis family, receives freshly picked coffee cherries from around 850 smallholder farmers in Ethiopia’s West Arsi region. The region’s mountainous, volcanic landscape and ideal climate contribute to consistently exotic cup profiles, further enhanced by traditional processing methods.
