This Bourbon Rouge surprises with its intense acidity and aromas reminiscent of fine Kenyan coffees, featuring notes of lime, butter, and hibiscus. Complementary notes of black tea and spices (vanilla, caraway) typical of Rwandan terroir become more pronounced in the second part of tasting, especially in espresso extraction. A very high sweetness enhances the cups, regardless of the brewing method.
