This Kenyan washed coffee is a blend of Peaberry fractions from several washing stations of the Baragwi Cooperative. The result in the cup is incredibly sweet, with typical aromas of lime and currant, floral and buttery notes, and a bright acidity. The texture is pleasant, regardless of the extraction technique used.
