Our whiskey barrel aged coffee starts with our single origin Brazil. We age the green beans in retired American white oak charred whiskey barrels, allowing the beans to take in all the flavor, developing a complex profile. The nutty notes pair well with the sweetness and subtle spice of the bourbon whiskey, resulting in a layered tasting profile with a smooth and creamy body.

Talking Crow Coffee Roasters is a micro‑roaster based in Springdale, Arkansas, founded by Carol and Eric Blanchet. Inspired by Carol’s need for decaf, they specialize in exceptional Swiss Water Process decaf while roasting small batches of both decaf and regular coffee.
