Talking Crow Coffee Roasters

Talking Crow Coffee Roasters began in the Pacific Northwest in 2017 when Carol and Eric Blanchet decided to build a coffee company that celebrates decaf drinkers. After Carol developed adrenal fatigue and had to give up caffeine, they took classes at the Swiss Water decaffeination plant and learned how to craft delicious decaf. Their family of eight children supported them as they turned their passion into a business that later relocated to Northwest Arkansas. Today the micro‑roaster focuses on Swiss Water Process decaf but also roasts some regular coffee. Talking Crow believes that coffee is for everyone even if caffeine isn't, and they strive to offer a variety of flavourful decafs. They roast small batches to ensure quality and consistency, source coffee responsibly through relationships with farmers and importers, and use a fluid‑bed roaster to reduce their carbon footprint. Their motto 'Everyone deserves good coffee' guides everything they do.
