This is a heavily discounted 5lb bag comprised of roasted coffee that wasn't up to our standards. It could include slight defects like beans that did not roast evenly, under- or over-developed roasts, or simply be a test roast profile that we did not like. Recommended to use these as seasoning beans for breaking in new grinders and burrs. They are still drinkable, but the flavors may not be up to par.
