Alba is a naturally processed microlot from Costa Rica’s Brunca region, showcasing clarity and vibrancy with notes of concord grape, papaya, and violet. Grown at 1,890 m above sea level, this Catuaí varietal is meticulously processed to preserve its vibrant character.
About Sweven
Sweven Coffee is a specialty roaster and café in Bristol’s Southville, founded in 2019 by coffee veterans Jimmy & Aga Dimitrov. Named after an archaic word for ‘dream’, they roast rare, seasonal coffees with exacting precision and share them in a Nordic‑inspired space at 12 North Street.
