This natural lot is from the Izuba Washing Station in Burundi, known for its ideal conditions for high quality coffee production. The coffee undergoes a thorough floating process and extensive wet sorting, requiring about 30 days of drying time. It features rotating natural process coffees that impart natural sweetness and juiciness.
