Solo Sabado features rotating single farm Colombian coffee. Mr. José Domingo Pechené has grown coffee all his life, inheriting the tradition from his parents. His farm is steep and larger than average, with a beautiful view of the valley and a waterfall. 36 hours fermentation without water, patio dried.
