From Cauca, Colombia, this natural processed Maragogype and Pacamara coffee is a labor of love from Faber and his father, who’ve spent 16 years mastering exotic varietals. Using a meticulous reduced-oxygen process and a unique thermal shock fermentation, Faber brings out notes of ripe papaya, dark brown sugar, and black cherry syrup. Medium roasted to perfection, this coffee is a true testament to innovation and tradition.
