About
This coffee is one of the few successful decafs. Blind tasting reveals no signs of decaffeination. Sourced from the Cauca region in Colombia, it is processed using the sugar cane method at the Descafecol plant, utilizing local sugar cane and spring water. The roast is relatively dark, offering a silky body with chocolate notes in espresso, and delightful dulce de leche and milk chocolate flavors in filter.
