Nestled in the hills of Shakiso, Guji, the Suke drying station has become the heart of Sookoo Coffee. Founded by Ture Waji and his brother, they support local farmers and promote sustainable agricultural practices. The selected lot is a community lot from 35 farmers, resulting in a silky coffee with delicate notes of peach and violet.
