This Double Fermentation Thermal Shock 'Washed' Colombia produced at Zarza Coffee by the Gasca Family in Bruselas, Huila, Colombia. Expect heaps of creamy sweetness from this beautiful fermentation. Start off with a strong Orange Split ice cream vibe, with some Peach syrup drizzle over that thing while having a pillowy Whip Cream mouthfeel.
