Sprout Coffee Roasters was founded in 2019 by brothers Daniell and Ruben, who were born in Eindhoven and raised in Perth, Australia. After operating a speciality coffee bar in Australia, they returned to their hometown to open a second café and roastery, bringing their humour, passion and hard work to the craft. The company believes in creating a sustainable coffee supply chain, giving meaning and value to farmers and empowering baristas and consumers. They treat the best green beans with care, respect and craftsmanship, chasing bold, balanced flavours like a sport. Their roastery and café at Gasfabriek 5A, 5613 CP Eindhoven is open daily from 10:00 to 16:00.
