This coffee is from the Dos Mundos project, a collaboration between producers Mauricio Shattah and Ratibor Hartmann. It features a complex, clean flavor profile with notes of floral, kiwi, and papaya. The SL28 variety has undergone a natural process, marking the first commercial harvest from their joint farm.
