About
Hacienda La Esmeralda is a legendary coffee farm in Boquete, Panama, renowned for producing world-class coffees. This lot, Fundador 4 WB, was harvested on January 29th, 2025. The coffee cherries were depulped and fermented for 48 hours before being slow dried on raised beds for 25 days. In the cup we find flavour notes of white peach, lemondrops and honeysuckle.
