This coffee is grown by Leonid Ramirez at La Cortina de Hierro farm. Only the ripest cherries are hand-picked and sorted to remove defects. The coffee is sun-dried in temperature-controlled conditions until it reaches the ideal moisture content. This microlot is 100% Variedad Colombia, developed to combat leaf rust, and has a silky body with sweet and lasting finish, featuring notes of dried fruits and chocolate.
