Edilma Piedrahita leads Los Guacharos, providing exceptional coffee with a traditional washed process. This blend of Caturra and Tabi offers loads of cacao and tropical fruit flavors with a spiked punch acidity. Harvested in January 2023, it is roasted for espresso brewing.
