This lot comes from Adriana Mavisoy’s farm El Yunguillo, located in Aponte, Narino, Colombia. The high elevation and cool micro-climate allow cherries to ripen slowly, concentrating their sweetness. Adriana ensures cherries are picked when perfectly ripe and undergoes a careful honey processing method, resulting in a clean and balanced cup with a creamy texture.
