About
This coffee is produced by small-scale farmers from the municipality of Inzá, in the Tierradentro region, west of Cauca. The area is inhabited mainly by the Paez Indigenous community. The farms range in size from approximately 0.5 to 1.5 hectares. Through Occicafe and Globalcafe, the producers ensure higher quality.

SlowMov is a Barcelona-based specialty coffee roaster and small café founded by François and Carmen in 2015. They source single-origin coffees (Brazil, Ethiopia, Mexico, etc.), roast in Barcelona, prioritize sustainability (100% compostable packaging; encourage reusable cups) and supply wholesale and retail customers.
