About
The Gasharu plantations near Nyungwe National Park benefit from a rich, rainy ecosystem that favors the production of juicy, fruity cherries. Cultivated at altitudes between 1600 and 2100 meters, these cherries develop complex acidity and distinctive aromas. After selective harvesting, cherries are sorted by flotation and then manually on pre-drying tables to ensure the best quality.
