This marks the beginning of a new harvest season from Urrao. It is always exciting to receive an exceptionally fresh first-pass harvest from La Casita, the smallest Chiroso garden we work with. In the cup we find ripe tropical fruit, white tea, and exceptional sweetness and structure.
