Known for his meticulous processing, this microlot, a naturally processed Bourbon, offers vibrant pineapple, juicy blueberry, and floral lychee notes, resulting in a bright, sweet cup with dynamic complexity.

Seven Miles Coffee Roasters is an Australian specialty roaster based in Manly Vale on Sydney’s Northern Beaches. Born as Belaroma Coffee in 1968 and rebranded in 2016, the company roasts coffee in Manly and Orange, supplies hundreds of cafes nationwide and champions sustainability and barista training.
