El Cipres Espresso is a specialty coffee dedicated to Saulo, who passed away in 2024. Grown at 1200-1500 meters in Matagalpa, Nicaragua, it is cultivated with respect for the ecosystem using organic practices. The coffee variety is Caturra, processed using Washed and Natural Anaerobic methods, resulting in a rich, fruity cup.
