On the slopes of Serra do Pau D’Alho, the coffee is produced at altitudes from 900 to 1100 meters. Fazenda Lagoa has 210 hectares of coffee, producing an average of 6,000 bags per year and 600 hectares of forest attracting observers from around the world to study hundreds of different bird species.

Samba Coffee Roasters is a Greek family‑run coffee company based in Athens that has been roasting and distributing coffee since 1979. From their modern processing plant they create blends of Greek, espresso, filter and organic coffees and share their knowledge through seminars and tasting classes.
