Big and rich. A milk chocolate body with sweet mulberries and purple grape acidity. Hand-picked only when perfectly ripe, El Sol’s cherries ferment for 24 hours in the pickers’ bags before drying whole on raised beds for 25 days. Grown at 1650 MASL on Finca El Rincón in La Libertad, Huehuetenango, this natural lot reflects the Vides family’s generations of dedication since 1958.

Rumble Coffee Roasters is a Melbourne-based specialty coffee roaster founded in 2014 by hospitality veterans Joe Molloy and Matt Hampton. B Corp certified, they focus on transparent sourcing, fair farmer relationships and roasting knock‑out coffee for cafes and home, and operate an espresso bar in Kensington.
