High in the hills of Shakiso, Sookoo Coffee unites 35 smallholder farmers under the guidance of Ture Waji. Every cherry delivered is fully organic, and unlike Latin America's vast estates, these Ethiopian farmers harvest coffee directly from their own gardens. This lot comes from Shoondhisa, renowned for its distinctive flavours and aromas.

Rumble Coffee Roasters is a Melbourne-based specialty coffee roaster founded in 2014 by hospitality veterans Joe Molloy and Matt Hampton. B Corp certified, they focus on transparent sourcing, fair farmer relationships and roasting knock‑out coffee for cafes and home, and operate an espresso bar in Kensington.
