Strawberry Co-Ferment is an experimental lot from Edinson Argote's farm in Oporapa, Huila, Colombia. The cherries are fermented with ripe strawberries for 72 hours, resulting in a delightful 'strawberry explosion' in every cup, balanced with complex flavors.
