Rose Rejects is coffee that didn’t make it into our main lineup. It’s a mix of beans rejected by our colour sorter, including quakers and beans that are visually over-roasted. Expect a very basic cup. Sometimes flat, sometimes rough, sometimes fine — but never special. Sold without origin, roast profile, or flavour notes.

Rose Coffee Roasters is a Zurich-based specialty roastery founded in 2022 by 2021 World Brewers Cup champion Matt Winton. They roast light-style microlots with a focus on sweetness and flavour, work closely with producers, roast to order in Zurich, and ship worldwide.
