The amazing coffees of Farami de Dota are the product of an amazing partnership between two equally talented farmers. This particular lot is a collection of all Typica variety coffee cherries, washed in the traditional method of fermenting in tanks and drying on raised beds. It’s a complex, sweet, and clean coffee with notes of cacao, tangerine, and oolong tea.
