About
Leonidas Jairo Cañar’s El Pedregal is grown at the foot of the Galeras Volcano. This farm, comprised of upwards of 10,000 trees, is just under two hectares. Working closely with Azahar’s quality team, Jairo has dedicated his time to perfecting the growing conditions for his farm. El Pedregal expresses itself with notes of bright tropical and citrus fruits as well as a smooth, chocolate-like, round body.
