Grown in the shade of beautiful gravilea trees, this washed caturra from producer Ana Perez Rafael is another stellar lot from Guatemala, boasting notes of juicy stone fruit, indulgent fudge, and soft citrus. Ana is a first-generation coffee producer based in Concepción Huista, Huehuetenango. She and her husband established their farm, Nub’il Ha’, in 2007, focusing on quality coffee while supporting her local community.
