In The Sun features naturally processed coffees with complex pulpy sugars, deep fruit-forward flavors, and a big body. The cup has floral notes of honeysuckle and jasmine, with blueberry, strawberry, and blackberry notes leading to a winey finish reminiscent of red cherry candy and mild cocoa.
