Don Joel is a modest 12 hectare farm located in the scenic West Valley region of Costa Rica. This Kenya variety, SL-28, is processed using a White Honey method, yielding a unique flavor profile. The farm is managed by Allan Oviedo and his son, ensuring quality control through its own washing station. The coffee cherries are depulped and washed, leaving minimal mucilage for a honeyed taste.
