About
Portón 5 AFB was harvested on March 6th, 2025 from the Portón lot located in Hacienda La Esmeralda's El Velo farm. After harvest, the coffee cherries were fermented for 4 days in a stainless steel anaerobic tank in our cold fermentation room. Then, this microlot coffee was slow dried on raised beds for 19 days. Portón 5 AFB has notes of jasmine, brown sugar, and tangerine.
