Laurina 3 BANC was harvested from the Laurina lot at Hacienda La Esmeralda’s El Velo farm on February 7th, 2025. The coffee cherries were pre-dried for 3 days and then fermented for 5 days in a stainless steel anaerobic tank. The drying phase was completed in a climate-controlled drying room for 44 days.

Picolot is a New York based micro‑lot coffee project led by roaster Jiyoon Han. They release limited‑edition drops of rare beans inspired by anime themes, roasted on a Stronghold S7X and shipped from New York with a focus on resting the beans for weeks.
