PASSAGE COFFEE's original blend features a base of Brazilian coffee, blended with Ethiopian washed and natural coffees. The medium roast brings out sweetness of chocolate and hazelnuts, with a light floral finish that makes it easy to drink. Suitable for both espresso and filter preparation.

Passage Coffee is a specialty coffee roaster founded by Hiroshi Sasaki, the 2014 World AeroPress Champion. Based in Tokyo, Japan, its first shop opened in Tamachi in 2017. Passage Coffee now operates multiple cafés and a roastery, striving to make specialty coffee part of everyday morning culture.
