Denilson Madrid is a fourth-generation coffee producer from Honduras. His family has been cultivating coffee for years, focusing on specialty coffee production. The cherries are hand-picked at peak ripeness and undergo an anaerobic washed process, resulting in a unique flavor profile.
About Passage Coffee
Passage Coffee is a specialty coffee roaster founded by Hiroshi Sasaki, the 2014 World AeroPress Champion. Based in Tokyo, Japan, its first shop opened in Tamachi in 2017. Passage Coffee now operates multiple cafés and a roastery, striving to make specialty coffee part of everyday morning culture.
