La Amistad has returned to our menu year over year with each harvest. This year’s harvest is soft, supple and approachable with a delicate acidity and sweet butter caramel finish. It has prominent notes of caramel, apricot and milk chocolate and a rich caramel aroma.

Panther Coffee is a specialty coffee roaster from Miami, Florida, with additional operations in Traverse City, Michigan. Founded in 2010 by Leticia & Joel Pollock, the roaster sources beans directly, roasts in small batches, and serves hand crafted coffee while building sustainable relationships.
