About
Los Suyates is located near the border of Nicaragua and Honduras. Mario Gonzalez transitioned from timber to coffee production, utilizing the local microclimate to grow various varietals. The coffee is processed using both carbonic maceration and traditional washed methods to enhance flavor consistency.
About Nylon
Nylon Coffee Roasters is a specialty coffee bar and roastery in Singapore's Everton Park, founded in 2012 by partners Dennis Tang and Jia Min after time in London and New York. They source directly from producers and roast on an IMF roaster to emphasise sweetness, balance and clarity, fostering transparent, sustainable relationships.
