El Sendero Cooperative started in 2018, with 635 members now. They traded around 460 tons of parchment this year. The cooperative built a new warehouse in 2023 to trace the quality of the producers' coffee. This is a specially prepared lot, Lote de Mujeres, consisting of 4 women producers.
About Nylon
Nylon Coffee Roasters is a specialty coffee bar and roastery in Singapore's Everton Park, founded in 2012 by partners Dennis Tang and Jia Min after time in London and New York. They source directly from producers and roast on an IMF roaster to emphasise sweetness, balance and clarity, fostering transparent, sustainable relationships.
